Rights and Responsibilites

We will treat you with courtesy and respect at all times in return we expect you to treat us with courtesy and respect at all times.
It is your responsibility to keep appointments and inform the practice in advance if you cannot keep your appointment so that it can be offered to another patient. The practice will as far as possible try to see patients who arrive late. However this may not be possible or may involve a considerable wait.

You are expected to provide complete and accurate information when it is required. If necessary we can provide a private area for you to discuss any confidential details. Please ask at reception.

Complaints

Kelcher Optometrists aims to give friendly and professional service to all our patients.

However, if you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let us know. You can speak to the member of staff with whom you feel most comfortable. Our practice administrator will be happy to help.

If you do not feel that your concerns have been dealt with appropriately you can contact the Patient Advice and Liaison Services (PALS) team at Cannock Chase Clinical Commissioning Group
